ABOUT MYSELF

Seattle has been my home for over 30 years. I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the University of Washington and have over 25 years of sales and negotiation experience. I welcome the opportunity to help you find a community to call home.

If you are purchasing a home or selling one, I will guide you through the processes involved in either transaction, keeping you informed at all times. I tour properties weekly, negotiate aggressively on your behalf in all areas of the purchase & sale contract, keep you educated throughout the process and do my best to alleviate any stress that can come from purchasing or selling a home. For sellers, I offer complete services such as staging consultations, professional photography, target marketing strategies and much more. My goal is to exceed your expectations by providing the highest level of service while building a fun working relationship that caters to your needs, schedule and lifestyle.

I have successfully negotiated through many multiple offer situations with great success and won my clients their "perfect" home. Being proactive and having all the necessary information prior to making an offer in a situation where time is of the essence can be invaluable. Identifying advantages as well as disadvantages to a property is also a key part of the process. The end result I strive for is a home that fits my clients lifestyle and one they will be satisfied with for years to come. I enjoy working with first-time home buyers as well as clients relocating to or away from Seattle.

OUTSIDE WORK

When I'm not working, I enjoy running the trails at Discovery Park, skiing in the winter and spending time with my friends and family.
